Since you are building my site with includes, I can make these sitewide changes so much easier!  That service you're providing--of transferring the pages to using includes--is as valuable as the new look and feel. 

So far, I like what you have done in terms of the underlying include + html structure of the pages.  Background colors and borders are easy to change once the proper css/include/html structure is in place, which is what you have done very well.

So far, I see page views up and adsense revenue higher (increased pageviews have kept earnings positive).  Given the bad state of the US economy, I am extremely pleased with the results so far.
