After doing the keyword research, now you decide to create a site about a particular theme, let us assume "how to make money using Paypal". That is a problem and people actually try to find a solution for this and I can offer them my help on a website.

 I go to http://tools.seobook.com/keyword-tools/seobook/index.php and write "make money using paypal" in the box and hit on submit.

Results are interesting. According to their tool, “make money using paypal” is searched over 300 times a day only in Google! That means you’ll receive around 250 unique visitors only from Google if you can make up to #1.

 
Good!! looks like I’ve found my niche to build a site around, but I have to do a bit more research on this before I start building my website.

 
I now go to www.Google.com and type “make money using paypal” to see the number of actual competitors. Yes, I see there are only 18.000 actual competitors which is really great. I will be on the first page with doing basic SEO actually!

To give you an idea, for keywords that are searched under 1000 times a day, 100.000 actual competitors and below are good to start with and 18.000 is great to start!

A good domain name must be classic, short and sharp, meaningful, easy to remember, easy to spell, attractive to human visitors but it must contain your main theme keyword.

For example if your main theme is "make money using paypal" you need to search domain like:www.make-money-using-paypal.com or www.make-money-paypal.com. You also can make like : www.makemoneyusingpaypal.com but as you see the ones with dashes looks clean and easy to remember. If your theme is of two words then you can choose to have it together. Since I have used my main keyword in the same order I am sure to get a good rank for that in Google. 

I use this free tool called Domain Tools to find out my good domain name. Open the link and put your main theme keyword you got from your research earlier and then hit the 'suggestion' tab.

For cheap domain names you can also check with one more web hosting company called Lunar Pages, recently they are giving very good web hosting offer with unlimited websapce and band width ofcourse along with your one free domain name plus advertising and other credits worth $775.
